In late 2025, Ruian Senda Luggage And Leather Products Co., Ltd. initiated a comprehensive upgrade of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. After several months of deployment and debugging, the new system was officially launched on March 24, 2026.

This upgrade has streamlined the critical processes from raw material procurement to finished product shipment, eliminating the previous parallel use of the "old system + manual ledgers." Real-time data synchronization between procurement and finished goods warehouses has been achieved, significantly reducing the need for repeated order confirmations caused by information delays and noticeably decreasing project delivery delays. Additionally, the new system has reduced the error margin in production material procurement and consumption to within 1%, which is expected to contribute to an overall cost reduction of over 3%. On the delivery front, both order response speed and inventory turnover have improved, resulting in an overall delivery lead time reduction of more than 8%.

The newly introduced quality traceability system has also brought significant changes to production management. The status of each order is traceable, ensuring consistent quality control, with issues being identified and resolved directly on the production line. Leveraging more transparent data, the company can now provide customers with more accurate delivery commitments and a more stable delivery experience.
