Ruian Senda Luggage & Leather Goods Co., Ltd. was officially established on May 10, 2011. Located in Xianjiang Street, Ruian City, Zhejiang Province—a region renowned as the "City of Luggage in China"—the company operates as an integrated enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of luggage. Its primary products include ABS, PC, and PP suitcases and related accessories. Over more than a decade of development, the company has expanded its workforce from a few dozen employees to over 200.

In 2022, the company established its second factory, which has since been put into operation, significantly boosting production capacity. The new facility covers nearly 10,000 square meters and is equipped with advanced injection molding and forming equipment, enabling large-scale production. This expansion helped the company achieve its goal of producing 800,000 ABS suitcases annually. To date, the company has filed over 40 patents, covering aspects such as suitcase structure, material technology, and design.

The company has been deeply engaged in the field of luggage manufacturing for over a decade, driven by the dual engines of a professional team and technological manufacturing. It is equipped with mature and efficient production lines: coordinated throughout by a modern production management system, starting from the preparation of sheet materials by the sheet material machine, followed by vacuum forming via an intelligent vacuum forming machine (PC/ABS integrated shell molding). Components are then precisely cut using a computer numerical control (CNC) cutting bed (supporting multi-material ±0.2mm precision cutting), achieving partial shell molding. The cut pieces are transported to the high-efficiency sewing unit (specialized sewing machines handle reinforced seams/decorative stitching) for organizing the sewing components. Subsequently, manual precision assembly areas complete the final product assembly. Finally, automated conveying devices transport the products to the packaging station for final packaging and cargo loading.
